About Me

I'm a Product Design Leader with over a decade of experience building teams, scaling systems, and shaping strategy across B2B SaaS, EdTech, and enterprise platforms. I bridge strategic leadership with hands-on execution—combining 7+ years of team management with deep IC design skills.

My leadership journey began in 2015 at Babbel, where I established the foundation for team development practices I still apply today: structured career paths, regular 1:1s, and feedback-driven cultures. Since then, I've scaled Babbel Magazine to millions of readers, led enterprise-scale design systems at STRATO AG, and built Smart Agency's first Product/UI team from scratch. Each role has sharpened my ability to balance strategic direction with the willingness to roll up my sleeves and design when needed.
